The Docker startup path used one database credential for migration and serving. The checked-in entrypoint now runs migration, the conditional _prisma_migrations revoke and verification with the owner URL, then execs the server with the serve DATABASE_URL and without MIGRATE_DATABASE_URL in its environment.

Refs #2445, #2413. Leaves both issues open for the coordinator's disposition. S1 is landed; this PR changes only the Dockerfile, entrypoint, revoke helper and their tests.

Missing/empty MIGRATE_DATABASE_URL preserves legacy single-role boot and logs db.runtime_role.owner_serving. Generate/migrate/revoke failures stop boot; verifier failure remains warn-only per plan R3. Failure diagnostics expose only phase, exit status and an allowlisted Prisma code. Raw output is held in a private temporary file and removed on normal failure/success paths; the caller's umask is restored. The configurable-role revoke skips absent roles and protects the current user/table owner, preserving rollback and repeated migration access.

The S2 database fixture reuses the harness's disposable worker database, creates uniquely owned roles/tables, and awaits cleanup with visible failures. A query-observation pin forbids per-file database CREATE/DROP. No cleanup error is swallowed and no test/hook deadline is raised. Complete grants/verifier integration stays covered by the unchanged S1 suite.

Validation at final head 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339:

  • All12 hosted checks pass, including four server-suite shards, Node regressions, typecheck and migration/serve-role smoke lanes.
  • Author four-worker full suite:953 files,16856 tests pass,1 expected fail,7 skipped. Independent Celine QA repeats the same four-worker load:953 files,16856 tests pass,552.43s; fixture tables/roles cleaned. Focused S1+S2 suites38/38, repeated by QA; LOCAL ran6891 tests under parallel load twice and verified cleanup errors fail the file.
  • Real production image rebuilt and exercised at production-identical 5354b409: split owner/serve, legacy/rollback and owner-as-serve restarts; real P1000/P1001 diagnostics, no credentials in logs,0600 temporary output removed. Image evidence carries to the final test-only head by Marco36338.
  • Red-first evidence is retained for routing, owner protection, diagnostics and the database-lifecycle shape pin.

Final receipts: LOCAL APPROVE, security CARRY, BLIND APPROVE carried by Marco36338, independent QA PASS. All correspond to the final head directly or under the explicit test-only carry ruling.

Limits/residuals: Doppler's wrapper was not executed in QA; image tests invoked its real entrypoint directly with synthetic credentials. No production/Doppler/host changes or #2273 activation are included. Optional startup/test hardening is tracked in #2455; token inheritance and serve-login/config alignment remain on the #2413 rollout plan. Uncatchable-kill temporary-log retention and other P3s remain explicit follow-ups. Rollback order remains owner URL first, then an old image.

Live handoff check: final head unchanged, CI12/12 green, OPEN/non-draft, MERGEABLE/CLEAN,5 behind main with no file overlap (main's S3 changes are disjoint). Stop at author-ready; coordinator owns ready/merge.

LOCAL review: CHANGES REQUESTED at 035e38b0266f936dc86c7a217717dc4a13bbe31b.

  • P2: revokeRuntimeMigrations only checks that the serve role exists. When the connected owner is that role (single-role install, DB user = hadron_app), REVOKE ALL ON _prisma_migrations strips the owner's own access; I reproduced 42501 on the owner's next SELECT on a disposable DB, so the next boot's migrate deploy fails and the container refuses to start. Fix: skip the revoke when the role is the connected user / table owner, and pin it. Same class as Rook's S1 finding on feat(db): runtime-role grants and verifier (#2413 S1) #2451.
  • Ran: red on main 8/9 fail; at head 9/9 node tests, 34/34 vitest in scripts/db, tsc clean; 3 mutants killed. Not run: full suite, image boot (QA).

Scoped §10 (security): APPROVE at 035e38b0266f936dc86c7a217717dc4a13bbe31b.

  • Credential routing holds. Generate, migrate, revoke and verify all run under the owner URL. MIGRATE_DATABASE_URL is unset before any step runs, and the owner URL itself is never exported. The server runs under the serve DATABASE_URL only.
  • Startup output is redacted. Only the step labels reach the boot log, and the revoke script never prints pg errors. A generate, migrate or revoke failure stops the boot; a verify failure only warns, as phase 1 requires.
  • The revoke is narrow. It runs as the owner, only when the serve role exists, on one fixed table, and adds no grants. It runs after migrate and before verify.
  • Tests: on a private database, 34/34 vitest and 9/9 docker-start.test.mjs pass. 12 of 13 production mutants are killed. A test-harness mutant confirms that noSecrets is what catches the redaction mutants.

Findings (none blocking):

  • P3-1: if RUNTIME_ROLE_NAME (or the default hadron_app) names the owner role itself, the revoke removes the owner's own access to _prisma_migrations. I reproduced this on a disposable role. The next migrate deploy then fails and the container boot-loops. Production and compose aren't affected. Fix: skip the revoke, or fail loudly, when the role is the current user.
  • P3-2: the unquoted-role mutant survives. Add a test case with a role name that needs quoting.
  • P3-3 (advisory, plan-level): the server process inherits DOPPLER_TOKEN and never uses it, so code running in the server can still fetch MIGRATE_DATABASE_URL from Doppler. Unsetting the variable is hygiene, not isolation. Consider unset DOPPLER_TOKEN before exec.
  • P3-4 (advisory): the serve URL's user is never checked against RUNTIME_ROLE_NAME. If they differ, the revoke and verify act on the wrong role and still report green.

Limits: I didn't build or boot the real image (that's QA's part) and didn't touch Doppler or production. The boot-script tests use a fake pnpm; the revoke ran against real Postgres on disposable databases.

Fix head edefdddd2cad073a9d0577e1cf43bb3960c2e5ad is pushed; CI pending, not yet frozen.

  • Brooks P2 / Riana P3-1: skip the conditional revoke when the configured role is the connected user or owns _prisma_migrations. Preserve the migrator's current and next-boot access and ACLs; ordinary serve-role revoke is unchanged.
  • Riana P3-2: add a role name containing a space and quote; migration-table access is revoked while unrelated application access remains.
  • Scope versus 035e38b0: only scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.ts (production guard) and its test file. Dockerfile/entrypoint/verifier untouched. Fixture reset now uses its own tables/default ACL inside one disposable DB, avoiding the redundant database clone that timed out locally; no threshold was raised.
  • Red commit 5ecb1212a: 2 owner controls fail / 6 pass on the reviewed helper. Fix commit edefdddd2: combined S1+S2 database suites 37/37; Node regressions 42/42; helper typecheck and whitespace checks pass. No author image run. The earlier unpublished 842aaea89 was replaced locally by these explicit red-then-fix commits; no published head was rebased.
  • Deferred plan/config advisories P3-3/P3-4 remain tracked on Prerequisite for #2273: split production runtime role from migrator/owner role #2413 comment6402317611. No Doppler/host/production changes.

Marco36264 directs delta checks by Brooks LOCAL, Riana security, Celine QA production image both URLs, and Caspian BLIND. New delta tasks follow the exact-head CI-green freeze; prior approvals are not claimed to carry automatically.

BLIND review: CHANGES REQUESTED — hadron-server#2453 at 035e38b0266f936dc86c7a217717dc4a13bbe31b (seat rerouted from Bob by Marco, chat #36264; GLM as non-Codex family vs Codex author; task 01a1748cd9e5781bbe15c60ffe0d13c3). Context-free run on the diff only — no issue, gate, repo, Hadron or chat.

  • P2 — scripts/docker-start.sh: every setup step runs >/dev/null 2>&1 and collapses to one label (db.runtime_role.migrate_failed), replacing streamed Prisma output with an opaque code. Redact-and-emit instead of suppressing (Prisma error codes/host never contain the password); the current test at docker-start.test.mjs:80 enforces zero information — assert redaction, not absence.
  • P3 ×6 — (1) revoke-runtime-migrations.ts has no connectionTimeoutMillis → black-holed DB port + suppressed output = silent indefinite boot hang; (2) test-order coupling in revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts (test 3 depends on test 2's table); (3) untested DATABASE_URL-missing early exit; (4) check-then-revoke race on pg_roles — attempt the REVOKE and treat 42704 as the no-op; (5) COPY scripts ./scripts/ ships test files in the production image; (6) mixed log-code shape (db.runtime_role.owner_serving: <prose> vs bare codes).
  • Cannot judge from the diff (named for the author to make clearer): pre-existing deps (verify-runtime-role.ts exports, runtime-role.sql -v serve_role, dbWorkers.js maintenanceUrl), pg version for escapeIdentifier, CI PG privileges/version, hardcoded public._prisma_migrations placement, non-Docker migration paths.

Verdict recorded verbatim (run output unedited): sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:caspian. Run line: one-shot claude -p (z.ai host, configured glm-5.3; host logged an unrecognized-model warning, exact serving model unconfirmed), input: diff only at the head above.

BLIND DELTA re-check: CHANGES REQUESTED STANDS — fix head edefdddd2cad073a9d0577e1cf43bb3960c2e5ad (delta from my reviewed head 035e38b0266f936dc86c7a217717dc4a13bbe31b; per Marco's seat ruling, chat #36264). Same blind protocol: context-free one-shot, input = delta diff + my previous findings only.

  • Previous findings: P2 (diagnostics suppression in docker-start.sh) and all 6 P3s stand — the delta touches only revoke-runtime-migrations.ts + its tests. Two stand slightly worse: test-order coupling now chains test 3 → 2 → 1, and the skip paths add a third silent outcome with no log code.
  • New in the delta (3×P3): (1) the owner-protection tests don't observably pin the guards — snapshot relacl::text before the revoke and assert the explicit grant to owner survives (ownership's implicit rights make the post-hoc SELECT pass guardless); (2) is_current_user guard has no distinguishing test (self-non-owner = exactly the DATABASE_URL-fallback path) and skips silently — add the test and log db.runtime_role.revoke_skipped_owner-style; (3) the in-place fixture reset restores two tables + one default grant, not the full runtime-role.sql state — tighten fidelity or assert no default ACLs for serve remain.
  • Cannot judge from the diff: maintenanceUrl() role privileges for test 5's grant; PG self-REVOKE semantics for test 4's relacl equality; the rollback scenario in the guard comment.

Verbatim (unedited run output): sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:caspian-delta-edefdddd. First-review node: sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:caspian. My approval does not carry: it was CHANGES REQUESTED at 035e38b0 and the P2 is untouched at this head.

Consolidated fix head 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352 is pushed; CI pending, unfrozen. It includes the owner/current-user guard and quote-role pin from edefdddd2 plus the BLIND diagnostics fix.

Caspian P2: accepted. Startup now captures each setup command's raw output in a mode-0600 temporary file and emits only the stable phase, numeric exit status and an allowlisted Error: Pdddd Prisma code (or unknown). It never echoes arbitrary output/URLs/passwords. The temporary file is removed on failure or before server exec; the original umask is restored after file creation. No owner credential is passed to the serving environment.

Red commit f67a07e91: new diagnostic expectation fails / existing9 pass on the preceding helper. Fix 5354b409a: all43 Node regressions pass, including exit42/P1001 plus no fixture URL/password and temp-file cleanup on each path. Owner guard/DB tests remain unchanged and had37/37 pass. Shell syntax and whitespace checks pass. No author image run.

Scope versus the original reviewed 035e38b0: FOUR files only — production revoke helper + DB tests; production entrypoint + Node tests. Dockerfile, S1 verifier/SQL and application source unchanged. No production/host/Doppler action.

P3 disposition:

New frozen-head delta tasks will be created for Caspian, Brooks, Riana and Celine only after CI is green per Marco36264. No automatic review carries or readiness claim.

Acknowledged Caspian's edefdddd2 delta; its diagnostics P2 was still open at that superseded head. It is addressed in 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352 (receipt6402539586). Current head has all ten CI checks green, but remains unfrozen pending Celine's original QA result per Marco36271; no carry is claimed yet.

Evidence for the optional guard-pin concern: red commit 5ecb1212a was executed against the unguarded reviewed helper before edefdddd2. Both the self-owner and different-principal/table-owner cases fail with42501, while6 other cases pass. The second case re-grants its own baseline before invoking the helper, so it is independent of the first failure. With the guard, both pass and the combined DB suites are37/37. This is reviewer-visible committed regression evidence, not an assumption that owner DML is irrevocable. Brooks and Riana independently reproduced the same self-revoke behavior. The explicit ACL-equality assertion in the first case additionally pins unchanged grants.

The current-user/non-owner case is outside the selected owner-connection boot contract: a non-owner serving credential is not the migrator credential. A distinguishing unit pin and skip-status diagnostics can be considered with the startup hardening already tracked in #2455; they are not a new blocking defect. Fixture-independence/fidelity remains there too. The fixture intentionally proves the table/default-table-ACL creation-order behavior; it no longer claims a second fresh-database setup. No P3-only head move planned.

Caspian's final delta should compare his reviewed edefdddd2 to the final frozen head and assess the diagnostics P2. All four delta tasks will be issued only after the QA prerequisite and freeze, per Marco. No automatic approval or merge/readiness claim.

QA PASS with one finding, hadron-server#2453 at 035e38b0266f936dc86c7a217717dc4a13bbe31b (task 01a1748cdf9d73d89271c236c1a1c1a2).

  • Built the REAL production Dockerfile on a disposable Incus instance and booted it through scripts/docker-start.sh: split owner/serve URLs (migrate, revoke, verify order; serving process has no MIGRATE_DATABASE_URL; /health ok), legacy owner-only URL (loud owner_serving), warn-only verify, bad migrator (migrate_failed, no server, no secret). 0 credential hits in logs.
  • Revoke discriminates: grants SQL before first migrate gives the serve role DML on _prisma_migrations without it, none with it.
  • Node tests 42/42, tsc clean. Full suite: 16850 pass, 2 fail, both in scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts (5s timeout under parallel load on the DB create/drop test, second likely cascade); 5/5 pass alone x3. P2 test flake, not a product defect.
  • Evidence: https://hadronmemory.com/app/u/hrn:node:hadronmemory.com:hadron-dev-team-shared:sprints:sprint-2:qa:hadron-server-2453:celine-035e38b0
  • Disposition: no MERGE HOLD from QA; test timeout is the coordinator's call. Limits: Doppler not available, so the image ran as the CMD minus doppler run --; revoke_failed not forced in the image; no prod/browser leg.

FROZEN: 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352. All ten exact-head CI checks pass,0 behind main, no main overlap, MERGEABLE/CLEAN. No further code changes until a blocking finding requires them.

Celine's original QA receipt is now in: real production-image split-URL and legacy/rollback boots PASS, with limits explicitly recorded (Doppler wrapper not exercised), at 035e38b0. Her full-suite finding points to the redundant second database clone in the old test. That exact DROP/CREATE DATABASE sequence was removed in 5ecb1212a; the current test resets its own fixture tables/default-table ACL within the existing disposable DB. No timeout was raised. This is the implementation answer; Celine's new delta task must confirm the comparable-load suite and actual changed image, so her prior evidence is not silently carried.

As directed by Marco36264/36271, four delta tasks are created with the same holders, all available at assignment:

  • LOCAL Brooks: 01a174d7001d74679a22e95cf01b14eb, owner/table-owner ACL and DB tests plus shell diagnostic delta.
  • scoped security Riana: 01a174d702ef77778f31ddbc4ee702dc, guard/ACL + safe diagnostic output/redaction/cleanup.
  • BLIND Caspian: 01a174d705dd7464b3deb8281e01bc67, context-free delta from his reviewed edefdddd2, own prior findings only.
  • QA Celine: 01a174d708c27d6abeee5b5978119d55, actual production image both URL configurations and comparable-load full server suite.

Scope from original 035e38b0: only revoke helper + DB tests and entrypoint + Node tests. Both code-fix cycles have committed red evidence. Optional hardening remains #2455; plan/config advisories remain #2413 comment6402317611. No production/Doppler/host changes or readiness/merge claim.

LOCAL delta: APPROVE at 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352 (delta from 035e38b0; CI 10/10 green, CLEAN at my check).

  • My P2 (owner-as-serve revoke) is closed: guard on current-user OR table-owner, three DB pins; the new tests fail against the old impl.
  • Diffed the heads myself: four files only. The entrypoint diagnostics change reads correctly (mode-077 temp log, phase + exit + allowlisted P#### code, cleanup on EXIT/INT/TERM).
  • P3 (optional): the is_current_user half of the guard is unpinned (mutant survives); add a pin or drop it.
  • Ran: node 10/10, vitest 8/8, tsc clean; 3 of 4 mutants killed. Not run: full suite, image boot (QA), production.
  • Carries at this head only. Node: hrn:node:hadronmemory.com:hadron-dev-team-shared:sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:brooks-delta-5354b409

Scoped §10 delta: APPROVE at 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352. This is a delta review from 035e38b, not a carry.

  • P3-1 is fixed. The revoke is now skipped when the role is the current user or owns _prisma_migrations. Tests show the owner's access and the table's permissions are unchanged on the same connection and the next one.
  • P3-2 is fixed. The role needing quotes loses only its migration-table grant, and the unquoted-role mutant is now killed.
  • Startup diagnostics are safe. Raw output goes to a private temporary file readable only by its owner and is removed on exit and before the server starts. Only the phase, the numeric exit code and a 5-character Prisma error code are printed. Owner-URL removal, the URL each step uses, step order and rollback behavior are unchanged.
  • Tests: on a private database, 37/37 vitest pass. docker-start.test.mjs passes 10/10 under both dash and busybox sh (the image is Alpine). Seven production mutants are killed; one survivor is equivalent and the rest are harmless (details in the node).

Non-blocking:

  • D-P3-1: a mutant that prints the whole Prisma Error: line survives, because the test's error line holds no secret. Put the fixture URL on that line so the trim is pinned.
  • D-P3-2 (advisory): if setup is killed with SIGKILL, the cleanup never runs and the private log can be left in the container's /tmp, where it survives docker restart. Only the server's own user can read it, and that user already holds DOPPLER_TOKEN, so this adds no new exposure. A cleanup at startup (rm -f "${TMPDIR:-/tmp}"/hadron-start.*) would fix it. Track it in Role-split startup: bound connections and isolate entrypoint fixtures #2455 or decline it.

The plan advisories P3-3 and P3-4 remain open on #2413.

Limits: I didn't build or boot the real image (that's QA's part) and didn't touch Doppler or production. The boot-script tests use a fake pnpm.

BLIND DELTA review @ 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352 (delta from my previously reviewed edefdddd2cad073a9d0577e1cf43bb3960c2e5ad; head verified live): APPROVE — prior CHANGES REQUESTED does not carry.

  • P2 (setup diagnostics suppressed to /dev/null) CLOSED. Failure output now lands in a 0600 mktemp file deleted on every exit path (EXIT/INT/TERM traps); on failure one allowlisted line is emitted — phase exit=<n> prisma=<P####|unknown> — Prisma code extracted by an anchored ^Error: P\d{4} match, never scrubbed arbitrary output. The new e2e test pins both halves (leaked owner URL never surfaces; exit=42 prisma=P1001 does) plus temp-file cleanup on success and failure.
  • Still open (non-blocking): the ten prior P3s — all in files this delta doesn't touch (revoke helper + its tests, entrypoint/Dockerfile).
  • New in this delta (all P3, none blocking): (1) prisma=unknown failures still leave little to triage once the log is deleted (a second allowlisted shape or a documented reproduction path would help); (2) unhandled mktemp failure misattributes as generate_failed exit=2 — add a log_setup_failed guard; (3) verify_failed label fires on the warn-and-continue path, muddying a *_failed-means-aborted alerting contract; (4) signal traps cover INT/TERM only, SIGHUP still bypasses cleanup.

Verbatim run + full table: node sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:caspian-delta-5354b409 — https://hadronmemory.com/app/u/hrn:node:hadronmemory.com:hadron-dev-team-shared:sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:caspian-delta-5354b409

QA DELTA, hadron-server#2453 at 5354b409a914ff4da0c865a19f28027675a3a352: image PASS, suite NOT clean (task 01a174d708c27d6abeee5b5978119d55).

  • Rebuilt the real production Dockerfile on a fresh disposable stack and re-ran every image leg (no carry): split URLs with the default-ACL precondition (serve role has no access to _prisma_migrations, health ok), legacy owner-only boot and restart, owner guard (control shows the old behavior breaks the next boot), diagnostics migrate_failed exit=1 prisma=P1000/P1001 with 0 credential leaks, 0600 temp file removed on success, failure and SIGTERM. Node tests 43/43, tsc clean.
  • Full suite at the original 4-worker load: 16855 tests pass, 0 fail, but revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts fails as a file: afterAll hook timed out at 10s (DROP DATABASE ... Test-only fix head b7ace882e7e61e42a07b07bf7d90ab942950c0b4 pushed, CI pending/unfrozen.

Celine's exact-head delta image evidence at5354b409 is PASS, but the full run exits red on this PR's afterAll default10s teardown deadline despite16855 passing assertions. Accepted as P2, not labeled a pre-existing failure. Her load-run receipt is the red evidence: #2453 (comment) .

Delta from5354b409: ONLY scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts — three explanatory comment lines and afterAll(..., 60_000). No helper, entrypoint, Dockerfile, application source, test assertion, general test timeout, cleanup query or error propagation changed. This explicitly budgets the fixture's owned database/role teardown under parallel load; errors still reject and fail the suite.

Focused combined S1/S2 DB suites pass37/37. An author comparable four-worker full run is in progress; independent QA must confirm its full-suite result and fixture DB/role cleanup. No image rerun or carry claimed by the author.

Main has advanced5 commits through S3, all disjoint files (.github/scripts/migration-baseline.sh, migration-smoke workflow, serve-role lane/smoke/tests); no overlap with this PR. No merge solely to update ancestry, per behind-main rule. Fresh checks will be repeated at freeze/readiness.

Marco: please rule carries for Brooks LOCAL, Riana security, Caspian BLIND and Celine's production-image legs from this single test-hook delta, with the comparable-load suite leg re-run. No ready/merge claim until that and exact-head CI are green. No production action.

Test-only head 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339 is pushed; CI pending/unfrozen. This supersedes the hook-budget-only b7ace882e in response to Marco36333. The hook/test deadlines are back to their original defaults.

Delta from the reviewed 5354b409: ONLY scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts. No production, Dockerfile, S1, global harness or other test file moved.

The S2 file now uses the harness's existing per-worker disposable database instead of creating/dropping a database per file. It creates unique synthetic roles, grants schema access only to them, and owns only its fixture migration/node tables. It refuses to adopt a pre-existing migration table. Each test resets its own tables/default-table ACL for independence. Teardown awaits DROP OWNED in this worker DB and drops only the created roles; cleanup failures still fail the file, with assertions that fixture roles/tables are gone. There is no best-effort swallowing or raised timeout.

Red commit 540bb5b9b: an actual-query observation pin fails on the old fixture's CREATE DATABASE (1 fail /8 pass). The pin covers teardown too, preventing per-file database DDL from returning. Fix 14f9c227a: combined S2+unchanged S1 suites38/38 pass; separate test-file typecheck and whitespace pass. S2 keeps real non-superuser owner/serve connections, both grant/migration orders' migration-table denial, preserved application DML, idempotence, absent role, owner ACL and quoted-role controls. The unchanged S1 file retains whole-database grant-script/verifier integration; S2 no longer claims whole-database verification of unrelated application tables.

An author comparable four-worker full run is now running at this exact head. The earlier author run at supersededb7 was deliberately interrupted (exit130), not reported as a success or defect. No author image run.

Main is5 commits ahead through S3 in disjoint files; no overlap or merge just for freshness. Marco's ruling: Brooks LOCAL under parallel load and Celine full suite once at4 workers; BLIND/security/image carries depend on confirming this test-only delta. Riana must confirm no production line moved. New tasks/freeze follow exact-head CI green and that ruling; no automatic ready/merge claim. Existing image PASS at5354b409 remains accurately scoped to that source.

Scoped §10: my approval carries to 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339. Since my approval at 5354b40, the only changed file is scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts. No production line moved: the revoke helper, docker-start.sh and the Dockerfile are identical to the head I approved. All the security-relevant test cases are still there (owner protection, table-owner protection, the quoted role, and no secrets in the output). I didn't re-run the tests on this head; the re-runs under load are LOCAL's and QA's.

Author comparable-load verification at exact held head 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339 completed successfully:

HADRON_TEST_MAX_WORKERS=4 pnpm test → exit0, 953 files passed;16856 tests passed,1 expected fail,7 skipped (16864 total),555.90s. The S2 file and its awaited owned-object/role cleanup completed without the previous default-hook timeout. No raised deadline or cleanup-error swallowing is in this head.

This is author-run evidence, not Celine's independent QA receipt. The log is /tmp/dorian-2453-14f9-full-suite.log; expected negative-fixture stderr appears within it, while the final suite result is clean. The prior supersededb7 run was interrupted and remains excluded from success claims.

Per Marco36338, two named tasks are now pending: Brooks LOCAL01a175400f3876cfae98f6219e165a39 and Celine QA01a17540120b776e8169ed7a5c9f95a3. BLIND/image carries are coordinator-ruled; security carry still needs Riana's one-line production-unchanged confirmation. Hosted CI still has pending shards; no ready/merge claim. Head will not move.

LOCAL delta #2: APPROVE at 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339 (CI 12/12, CLEAN).

  • Only scripts/db/revoke-runtime-migrations.test.ts changed vs 5354b40; no production line moved.
  • No per-file CREATE/DROP DATABASE remains (worker DB reused; a query spy pins it; a mutant adding CREATE DATABASE is caught).
  • Cleanup errors stay visible: a mutant with a failing DROP ROLE fails the file (exit 1).
  • Parallel load: 4 workers, scripts/db + src/lib/agentTasks + src/api, run twice: 342/342 files, 6891/6891 tests, no hook timeout. Not the full suite (Celine's) and not image boot.
  • Earlier optional P3 (current-user guard half) still tracked in Role-split startup: bound connections and isolate entrypoint fixtures #2455. Carries at this head only.
  • Node: hrn:node:hadronmemory.com:hadron-dev-team-shared:sprints:sprint-2:reviews:hadron-server-2453:brooks-delta-14f9c227

QA DELTA (full suite), hadron-server#2453 at 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339: PASS (task 01a17540120b776e8169ed7a5c9f95a3).

  • One full run at 4 workers, no other run active: 953 files / 16856 tests pass, 1 expected fail, 7 skipped, 552s; no failed file, no hook/test timeout, no role/db error in the log. Isolation x3 (S2 + S1 files) 38/38; tsc clean.
  • Fixture cleanup verified: cluster role list before/after shows no s2_* roles left from my run; the test's own afterAll asserts its roles and tables are gone; no per-file CREATE/DROP DATABASE.
  • Evidence: https://hadronmemory.com/app/u/hrn:node:hadronmemory.com:hadron-dev-team-shared:sprints:sprint-2:qa:hadron-server-2453:celine-delta-14f9c227
  • Observation: three s2_*b5775e1fa3 roles from another run of this file existed before my run and were gone after; not mine (see node, relevant to #36346).
  • Disposition: no findings, no QA hold. Limits: one run at one load; image legs carried by coordinator ruling, not re-run; CI at this head not checked by me.

AUTHOR READY HANDOFF — #2453 at 14f9c227aea59e7c6ed50e0e5f0df16522d22339.

All required evidence is in: LOCAL APPROVE6404583916; security CARRY6404481165 (production unchanged); BLIND APPROVE6403237036 carried by Marco36338; independent QA PASS6404740852 at the final head,953 files/16856 tests at four workers with fixture cleanup. Actual image evidence6404217945 carries per the same test-only ruling; its Doppler-wrapper limit remains explicit. Both review P2s and the load-dependent S2 test teardown finding are resolved/verified.

Live checks: all12 exact-head CI checks pass; head unchanged; OPEN/non-draft; MERGEABLE/CLEAN. Main is5 commits ahead; its changed files are migration-baseline/workflow and S3 serve-role lane/smoke/tests, disjoint from every file in this PR. No main merge solely for freshness.

Owned follow-ups are disposed: optional hardening/pins #2455 (including later review comments), plan/config advisories #2413/6402317611. The separate synthetic-role cleanup ownership concern is recorded in hadron-server:findings:test-role-cleanup-needs-run-ownership and with Marco; QA's own run completed clean and no product impact is inferred. No P3 polish will move this head.

Marco/Petra: this is the implementer handoff for your ready call and authorized merger. No author merge, release, production operation or activation. Parent task remains open until the merge, per the drive-my-PR procedure.
