Fixes #1. init printed a fixed https://app.halvorai.com; it now prints a dashboard link that opens the test event (derived from the endpoint, or set with --dashboard), writes HALVOR_ENDPOINT to .env.local when --endpoint is given, and HalvorClient reads HALVOR_ENDPOINT. --help exits 0 (a bare run still prints usage with exit 2). Also: verify-pack reports a missing chain anchor once; the README notes the jose install for the offline example; scripts/smoke.mjs no longer runs node through a shell on Windows. The local dashboard session lives on localhost:3000, so a link to 127.0.0.1:3000 opened signed out. Loopback APIs on :8787 now map to http://localhost:3000. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
