…installs The READMEs said an app the owner doesn't run had no way to install its own types, which docs/spec/apps.md and planInstall()/installApp() now provide. The section now shows one collection per type in the data layer, misfits from a query, typed migrations passed at open, defineType() for an owner-run app and a manifest built from the handles for one that isn't, and naming content types with an interface. The quick starts go through the collection rather than handle-first Stack calls.
