How Should It Be Like?

In this sync confirmation dialog:

I believe it would be clearer if the following changes were made:

1. ...2 local files... → ...2 local files/folders...

2. ...that will be deleted, unselected files will... → ...that will be deleted; unselected files will... OR ...that will be deleted. Unselected files will...

How Would It Work?

Adjusted in 3.1.5, I used a broader term items to disambiguate files/folders distinction.

Plus bonus: your screenshot made me realize that the file tree is ugly on mobile device, so that also get improved in the new version.
