Follow this simple flow on our website to purchase and activate your license:

You can prepare an estimate using any of the following:

• A previous Estimate Template
• An Estimate PDF
• A Bill (MB) PDF downloaded from the portal

Simply import the PDF into HEWP Sahayak Tool.

The tool automatically converts the PDF into an editable Excel file. Make the required changes and save your estimate.

If a suitable template already exists on the portal and only minor changes are required, use the portal template directly.

If major modifications are required, import the PDF into the tool and prepare the estimate in Excel.

Use the Upload Estimate feature.

✅ The tool automatically uploads the estimate to the portal.

Simply update the quantities according to the executed work and prepare the Bill (MB).

No problem.

1. Download the Estimate PDF.
2. Import it into the tool.
3. The tool converts it into Excel.
4. Update quantities.
5. Prepare the Bill (MB).

Use the Upload Bill feature.

✅ The tool automatically uploads the prepared Bill (MB) to the portal.

Perform Bill Match whenever:

• Quantities do not match.
• Items are missing on the portal.
• Portal data differs from your prepared bill.

Note: Estimate Quantity is treated as DNIT Quantity, and the prepared Bill (MB) is treated as the Actual e-MB Quantity.

You can also download the latest DNIT Quantity using the Download Bill Data feature.

1. Open both files.
2. Open the Actual Bill file.
3. Click Bill Match.

The tool will automatically:

• Compare every item.
• Find quantity differences.
• Detect missing items.
• Generate a detailed comparison report.
• Suggest the required corrections.

If Variation is required:

Use Delete All Data.

The tool automatically removes all uploaded bill quantities from the portal, preparing the bill for Variation.

The Variation Table requires the same two files used in Bill Match.

1. Open both files.
2. Open the Actual Bill.
3. Click Variation Table.

The tool automatically:

• Compares both files.
• Calculates quantity variations.
• Creates the complete Variation Table.
• Generates all required instructions.

Use the Upload Variation feature.

The tool automatically uploads the Variation Table to the portal.

1. Click Preview Entered Items.
2. Save the Variation Statement PDF.

Important

This Variation Statement PDF becomes your new DNIT Quantity.

Use it for all future Bill Matching and Billing work.

Use the same Excel Bill file.

Click Upload Bill.

The tool automatically uploads the complete Bill (e-MB) to the portal.

After uploading the Bill, verify the final amount.

If the portal amount does not match your calculated amount:

1. Download the uploaded bill data using Download Bill Data.
2. Perform the Bill Match process again.

The tool will generate a detailed comparison showing exactly where the mismatch exists — helping identify:

• Incorrect quantities
• Missing items
• Upload mistakes
• Portal data inconsistencies

After making any changes on the portal, always save the generated PDF files. These are useful for:

Before starting any Variation work, use Download Bill Data.

This ensures you are working with the latest portal data and prevents quantity mismatches.
