Profiling a 14-column virtualized table while scrolling: ~22% of the time went to Svelte's dev stack capture under registerCellToken/unregisterCellToken, i.e. writes to the row's SvelteSet/SvelteMap — every unregister rewrote the index of every later cell. The order is now a plain array (indexOf over a handful of cells), and the existing cellOrderEpoch announces a removal that shifts later cells. Regression test: removing a middle column moves the later cells' data-column-index down, header and body.
