sectionRowHeight of the body's virtualizer also takes a function of the item. A body whose section rows are not all alike — a group's header beside the header of an expanded row's children — gives each kind its own height, and the spacers still add up. TableBodyVirtualizer takes the item type (TableBodyVirtualizer<T>, defaulting to TableRowItem), so the function is typed by the body's items.

A function of the item, for a body whose section rows are not all alike:
a group's header beside the header of an expanded row's children.
