Description
What
Publish three prepared, public-safe English October 2026 reports on the existing report site at https://hyperide.github.io/ through a reviewed pull request in https://github.com/hyperide/hyperide.github.io. Add only the three report HTML files and three new landing-page cards. Keep shared renderer assets and existing reports unchanged. Publication is requested; merge remains subject to actual evidence, review, CI and the owner release-acceptance requirement.
Why (motivation)
The requested monthly reports need stable URLs on the standard Hyper report site rather than remaining standalone drafts.
User impact
Readers can open all three October reports from the existing report index and inspect them in the established report layout.
Cost of inaction
The October results remain difficult to find and share, and readers cannot use the standard reporting site for this month.
Acceptance criteria
- The three public-safe reports are prepared for https://hyperide.github.io/reports/rig-2026-10/, https://hyperide.github.io/reports/hyper-2026-10/ and https://hyperide.github.io/reports/conloca-2026-10/ and reuse the unchanged shared renderer assets. — proof:

- The landing page prepends exactly three October report cards while preserving all existing entries and links. — proof:

- The exact pull request head passes the canonical report validation workflow and the required independent recorded review, with findings resolved or accurately addressed in evidence. — proof:
- Before production publication, the owner receives the exact result evidence and explicit release acceptance is confirmed. — proof:
- After the authorized merge, the Pages deployment and all three public report URLs are verified against the merged content. — proof:

Deploy
Deployed: yes (2026-11-01T14:23:21Z) — Published to https://hyperide.github.io/ by Pages run https://github.com/hyperide/hyperide.github.io/actions/runs/41315531019 at merge 4578268. Canonical index and all three report pages return HTTP 200 and match merged bytes; independent live browser verification passed.

Skipped gates
- acceptance-edit: unchecked criterion 4 dropped or reworded
- post-merge-acceptance: Only criterion 5 remains inherently post-merge: the Pages deployment and live report URLs cannot be verified before the approved merge triggers publication. Criteria 1-4 have real preparation, screenshot, exact-head CI/review and owner-acceptance evidence. No pre-merge review, CI, security or owner-acceptance requirement is waived; keep criterion 5 unchecked and the issue open until the merged site is verified.
