…factive model Kripke/Indexed: Base/Access field for field with E indexed by worlds (the originals are the one-world case). Kripke/Frame: Box as an indexed modality; reflexive <=> factive and transitive <=> positively introspective, both directions, constructively; Euclidean => 5, serial => D. Kripke/Belief: a two-world non-reflexive frame where a Warrant exists for a false proposition and no soundness field can, witnessing Warrant /= SoundWarrant. Expected rejection: factivity on the belief frame. Builtins only; repo flags incl. -W error.
