Satis still serves the pre-force-push tip (f1b763d) ~45min after the branch was rewritten; shouldBeAddedAsVCS resolves the branch directly from GitHub (same approach as design-system-twig on the IBX-11413 regression, commerce#1804). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

ibexa/admin-ui-assetsis pinned to theIBX-12187-labels-design[TMP] build (adesign-system#IBX-12187-labels-design build incl. the IBX-12067 fonts) — design-system is
not a Composer package, so it rides in through admin-ui-assets.
The IBX-12067 fonts layer underneath has its own regression: #1928.
