A screen recording from a real PC showed the window losing parts of itself: navigation items vanished under the mouse and left stripes, the A/B segment on Build Super went blank, and the Backup tabs smeared. This is WPF hardware rendering failing with some graphics drivers and remote-desktop apps.

  • The app now draws in software (RenderOptions.ProcessRenderMode = SoftwareOnly), set in App.OnStartup before anything is drawn.
  • About has a new Drawing choice: Software (steady) or Graphics card. It is saved in settings (rendering) and applies on restart.
  • FASTBOOT_STUDIO_RENDERING=gpu overrides the choice for a run.
  • Strings are in English and Arabic.
  • Version 2.5.1, with a changelog entry.

With hardware drawing, some graphics drivers and remote-desktop apps left
parts of the window undrawn: navigation items disappeared when hovered,
leaving stripes, and segment buttons went blank. The app now draws in
software (RenderMode.SoftwareOnly) unless the graphics card is chosen on
the About page; FASTBOOT_STUDIO_RENDERING=gpu overrides it for a run.

Version 2.5.1.
