Take each message's publish time and entry node from the nodes' Sent message lines, so the table splits messages into before the cut, under the split and after the heal, and judges the own half by the publisher's real side. Refused publishes get their own row by phase instead of a negative count, the time the cut took to hold is reported, and delivery after reconvergence counts from the first message that reached every node.
