Add OTLP Collector Authorization Bearer

• Add Bearer token in OTLP collector values for both http and grpc
• Create token via ansible and store secret securely via ansible vault
• Make sure OTLP collector is not running on metal-01 to avoid firewall issues
• Expose OTLP endpoint externally via nodeport (otlp.lab.vac.dev:31317)
• Enable OTLP log ingestion through OTLP Collector via the same external endpoint (otlp.lab.vac.dev:31317/)
