Deploy DST Dashboard and Update HomePage

Context

This PR creates all fleet resources for the deployment of the DST dashboard ecosystem

Changes

• Added fleet resources for DST dashboard backend, frontend, mongodb, longhorn volume (with 2 replicas), services, ingresses, configmap
• Protected admin path with traefik auth forward to force authentik SSO
• Added DST dashboard, Admin UI and API reference to vaclab homepage
• Deployed everything on metal-01 node
