First Required PHP Environment Globally https://www.php.net/downloads.php

Setup MySql Server https://dev.mysql.com/downloads/

Composer Tools https://getcomposer.org/download/

After Installation. Start MySql Server Then Write commands

composer install
php artisan migrate --seed

After database migration then login with

username: admin
password: passoword

After Login, Open Browser URL Link with http://localhost:8000/setings/create
