Remove the improvement audit backlog

The backlog in docs/improvement-audit/ has been implemented through #109-#117, so it is removed.

Not implemented on purpose:

• UX-04 (readonly descriptor properties): a breaking change for a major version
• BUG-11 (getString drops NUL bytes): intentional, ISO 9660 strings are space/NUL padded and the descriptor fields rely on it

Merge this one last.
