Add a DKMS-bundled I2C ATR implementation and wire MAX9X deserializer/serializer support for MAX96717/MAX96717F camera modules. Include the validated remote stream startup sequencing and MAX9296 routing/frame-sync updates used for the 4-camera ISX031 setup.
