[PB-6292]: fix/update stale texts when the language changes - #2295
The upload button, the storage full banner and the task labels now update when the language changes. They were rendered with the global i18next t, which does not re-render components on a language change, so they stayed in the previous language.
DriveTopBarItems (Upload files and tooltips), WarningMessage (storage full banner) and TaskButtonActionBlocks (Paused and Waiting labels) now read t from useTranslationContext
Unit tests for each component, with a small renderWithTranslations helper in src/testUtils

These components used the global i18next t, which does not re-render them when the language changes, so their text stayed in the previous language. They now read t from useTranslationContext, and tests cover the re-render with a small renderWithTranslations helper.
Three UI components now obtain translated text through the translation context. A shared test helper sets up English and Spanish resources. Tests verify that labels and messages change to Spanish after switching languages.
