Validate Svif against Agnir Core 0.2 lineages

Purpose

Use Svif as the first real Project consumer validation for Agnir Core 0.2 / repository-filesystem/0.2 without changing authoritative main during the experiment.

Stage 1

• explicitly migrate this temporary branch from Agnir Core/profile 0.1 to 0.2
• preserve Project identity urn:svif:project:svif-core and existing durable memory locators
• establish logical lineage urn:svif:lineage:agnir-core-0.2-validation
• bind it to refs/heads/feature/agnir-core-0.2-validation
• extend the real Svif Agnir Continuity Provider adapter to understand both 0.1 and lineage-aware 0.2
• keep the generic Svif Orchestrator Continuity-Provider-neutral

Remaining validation

This PR is intentionally draft. Success requires a second explicitly forked logical lineage, independent checkpoints/divergence, staged target reconciliation with no premature target-ref advancement, coherent target publication, fresh source/target resume, and evidence fed back into Agnir.

Do not merge this PR through an ordinary merge path merely because initial CI is green.
