Superseded by direct development in the live GCC source tree on
isomorphisms/the-equality-sign-means-equality:ick-aarch64.The earlier approach replayed a guarded patch onto a fixed GCC commit before building AArch64. That is the wrong model for ongoing ICK compiler development. The live source branch now carries the AArch64 build workflow directly and will be edited in place; CI checks out branch HEAD with no pinned GCC commit and no source-hash gate.
