Provide one public shared hook for the colleague installer and prompts. It chains optional Fo staged checks; missing Fo, gitleaks or optional framework executables warn and skip their checks, preserving plain CMake/fpm workflows. Size/type hygiene still runs without gitleaks.
Verified: Bash syntax, shellcheck, isolated-HOME direct installation, exact shared-hook SHA256 and shared behavioral tests for missing tools, retained hygiene rejection, Fo failure propagation, cached update hints and index-only project detection.
