Closes #126
Diffsplain now ships under the MIT license. This adds the canonical license text and SPDX metadata, then checks the installed tarball file list and package manifest so a release cannot omit or misdeclare the license.
Release note: Diffsplain is now available under the MIT license.
Verified with corepack pnpm run package:verify, corepack pnpm run lint, corepack pnpm test, and npm pack --dry-run --json --ignore-scripts.
