I build business agents in the open: small, runnable systems you can clone and run, not slideware. Each repo is a working artifact, and together they trace one through-line, coding agents on Microsoft Dataverse that get grounded in real business data, act with the right guardrails, and operate real processes end to end.

Day job: Partner Director of Product Management at Microsoft, building the data, knowledge, and platform foundations for business agents. Everything here is built outside that. Some of it is closer to home: personal productivity tooling I build to automate my own workday.

What I keep coming back to

  • Grounding beats cleverness. An agent that cites the record beats one that sounds confident.
  • Guardrails belong in the platform, not the prompt. Identity, scoped access, and audit are properties of the data, not the agent.
  • The moat is the intelligence, not the model. Skills, semantics, and evaluations compound; bigger models do not.
