Ten commits since v0.2.7, all from the ten issues the 0.2.7 manual E2E filed (#772-#781), each already reviewed and merged with its own receipt. The CHANGELOG entry groups by kind and names the causal chain the release closes (#772 -> #773 -> #776 -> #774): an extraction-quality failure that became a cited fabrication, now gated at every link. Release review round 1 caught the intro promising 'chain order' while the sections group by kind -- reworded. Round 2's SUGGESTION (name what the 63-of-63 constructed-corpus figure counts) declined under the stopping rule: a round-2 opinion on the round-1 fix's neighborhood, with the full population definitions one link away in evals/query_entailment/.

Version bump + CHANGELOG for 0.2.8 — the E2E release. Ten commits since v0.2.7, all from the ten issues the 0.2.7 manual walkthrough filed (#772–#781), each already reviewed and merged with its own receipt and green CI.
The entry names the causal chain the release closes (#772 → #773 → #776 → #774): a failed judge admitted junk, re-ingest multiplied it, title-matching merged it across sources, and the junk concept became the retrieval magnet behind a cited fabrication — now gated at every link.
