feat(community): prompt-motion's video is sent by the caller's Claude - #11

… in parts prompt-motion answers 403 to every server (Vercel and GitHub alike). get_recreation_brief now returns a short script for those videos: the caller's Claude downloads the video and posts it here in 3 MB parts with a one-time key; the reference and compare jobs read the parts back.
