Adopts the repository-owned Project Manifest Specification 1 declaration, pinned Release 1 consumer and offline native check/CI for this public organization-profile repository. The profile and shared organization/community-health surfaces are unchanged.

The README closeout records dated CI evidence for the original PR head and keeps later-revision checks separate.

Validation for signed head 1733345b208ea5406381cc626a9d74b8212909f3 (tree b2ebc6e32fa59af12a5729217f0036943e4776ab):

  • Local native mise run check: 31 tests, no skips, in a task-private qualification profile. Normal commit/signing/hooks and local plus GitHub signature verification passed.
  • First push verification: 31 tests, 0 skips; actual revision 1733345b208ea5406381cc626a9d74b8212909f3.
  • First PR verification: 31 tests, 0 skips; actual test-merge revision 1747c1bbad39ca47fffb63d2cde431ac84d3f2aa.
  • Both actual revision observations bind tree b2ebc6e32fa59af12a5729217f0036943e4776ab. Neither workflow was rerun.

This remains a draft. Main landing, canonical refresh, ordinary persistent-user setup, full child-baseline adoption, producer admission and runtime acceptance remain separate.
