Summary

• Fix lost edits, concurrent saves, and recording write failures.
• Keep Markdown exports in sync, reject incomplete summaries, and improve speaker filtering.
• Move API keys to the system credential store.

Testing

• 41 frontend tests and 63 Rust tests passed locally.
• Lint, typecheck, Clippy, and the macOS build passed.
• Live recording, native credential storage, and Windows still need manual testing.
