The backend has release and documentation workflows but no general PR regression test workflow.

Run the mocked suite on pull requests and main pushes with Python 3.11 and 3.13, pip caching, read-only repository permissions, timeouts, and cancellation of superseded runs. Add a shared test requirements file including HTTPX for the route tests, and document the local command. This workflow does not deploy the backend.

Validation: clean Python 3.13 environment, 374 tests passed, 1 optional live-fixture test skipped, and 11 subtests passed. Workflow YAML parsed successfully. Python 3.11 will be checked by GitHub Actions.

P2 Badge Exercise the minimum supported Python version

The package declares requires-python = ">=3.10" and advertises Python 3.10 support in pyproject.toml, but both matrix entries are newer. Changes using 3.11-only APIs can therefore remain green while breaking supported 3.10 users; in fact, tests/test_auth_session_recovery.py currently imports datetime.UTC, which is unavailable in 3.10. Include Python 3.10 as the minimum-version job, fixing incompatible tests as needed.
