- Update README status: clustering and UI are implemented, not "upcoming"
- Fix README testing instructions: correct menu location (View, not Tools) and command name (Toggle Panel, not Test Embedding)
- Add "Current Features" section to README documenting implemented features
- Remove stale debug log "Test command registered under Tools menu" from index.ts
- Fix model name in SettingsPage from "BGE-Micro-v2" to "all-MiniLM-L6-v2"
