Re-vendors plugins/allium from juxt/allium@v3.14.0.
3.14 traces the loop: each tick records where the run stands and which subagent ran and why, warns as soon as it stalls, and a hook records how long each subagent call took.
Ref bumped in scripts/allium-ref.txt. Payload synced with scripts/sync-allium.sh. sync --check passes.
