Overview
Release 0.78.1 bumps package version metadata and changelog; the OpenAPI spec pointer in .stats.yml is updated for Stainless codegen.

The functional SDK change is documentation-only: fill_rate_per_minute on browser pool create now documents a default of 25% per minute (previously 10%), matching the API/dashboard behavior described in the changelog. Updates appear in browser_pools create docstrings (sync/async) and BrowserPoolCreateParams type docs. No client logic or request serialization changes are in the diff.
