Przelom jest na 0.16.0 (nowe reguly RUF046/RUF059/PLW1510/RET501 + RUF100 na noqa, ktore przestaly byc potrzebne).
To odblokowuje #6, ktory nie ma z linem nic wspolnego (dodaje dwa pliki .md). Migracja na 0.16.x to osobne zadanie — 63/108 poprawia
