Go 1.27.2 fixed several standard-library vulnerabilities (net/http, net/http/internal/http2: GO-2026-6612, GO-2026-6613, GO-2026-6617); 1.27.3 is the current patch release.
This moves the build toolchain to Go 1.27.3: explicit CI
go-versionpins, AnsibleGOTOOLCHAIN/toolchain vars, Dockerfile base images (digest-pinned) where Renovate had not already opened a PR, and atoolchain go1.27.3directive for apps whose CI readsgo-version-file: go.mod. Declared minimumgoversions and library minimum-version lanes are unchanged.
