fix: 用户分页进 URL、文件夹 close、租户联系方式校验 (1.1.96) - #172

用户管理 TablePage 翻页写入 query；添加分组时先 close SuperSelect；租户用户未填邮箱/手机时阻止提交。同步升 version 1.1.96，并将 @kne/modules-dev 升至 2.4.15。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
示例在 master 测不到 PR 改动；补强 Create/Edit onSubmit 与 mockPreset，避免空联系方式仍保存成功。版本 1.1.97。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
@kne/phone-number-input 会对 rule 做字符串 split；联系方式校验改由 email 字段函数规则与 Create/Edit onSubmit 兜底。版本 1.1.98。 Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
