pyproject.toml makes requests a runtime dependency and caps the version, but in2lambda never imports it. Everyone who installs in2lambda is therefore held to an old version of a library the package does not use, which can block security updates in their own project.
Done when installing in2lambda no longer constrains requests for its users, the lock file is up to date, and the tests and docs build still pass.
