Authoring a question set in Python currently requires installing pandoc and panflute, which exist only to convert documents someone already has. That is a heavy and confusing requirement for anyone using in2lambda as a library.
Done when the package installs and authors questions without them, document conversion still works where they are present, and asking for conversion without them fails with a message that says what to install.
