dataset-reloadqualification at4877d84e: a 1% content-only dataset swap and revert by SIGHUP on a 1.23M-key table with 12 receivers. All three cells (full-uc delta, full-vpn delta, full-uc group-level full pass) meet the predeclared bars: no exit, exact fold, readiness 200 throughout.The receipt keeps the two earlier per-member full-pass runs as FAIL and references the original exit-70 run without a like-for-like time. It scopes out a hosted VPN full pass, the per-member fallback families and release qualification. Curated per-cell evidence is in
