Summary

Reviewed all 12 active knowledge pages against main at 9ff4f6dc20fab2a447d1bf0f66b8be91e8255715 in a fresh worktree, following docs/README.md and docs/maintenance.md. Checked implementation, callers, tests, tooling, navigation, external references, and live tracking status; archived plans and legal/template files remain outside the review scope.

Clarify that the Slim examples need an executable in both daemon modes and that --help needs no credentials, correct the layer guide's description of context-test coverage, and identify opaque_body as the provider state snapshot replaced by model chunks. Refresh each reviewed page's last_checked metadata. No behavior or test changes.

Issue #199 and PRs #200, #266, and #271 remain open; the active debt entries remain unresolved.

Validation on Python 3.12.15:

• Documentation checks: 29 passed; local links, heading anchors, reachability, and metadata checks passed.
• just check passed.
• Full unchanged just test rerun: 982 passed in 7.93s. Initial run: 981 passed and one 10-second gevent subprocess timeout; focused unchanged rerun: 3 passed in 1.37s.
• Component evidence tests: 166 passed. Both example --help commands exited 0 without credentials or live calls.
• Independent whole-page knowledge review and final naming pass passed without further edits or renames.
• uv run prek run --all-files and git diff --check passed.

Python 3.13, benchmarks, and live model/daemon/Redis integrations were not run locally. GitHub CI covers its configured Python matrix.
