Release validation regenerates the route tree and changes the ordering of the LastCode settings route. The resulting dirty tree prevents packaging after the checks finish.
Commit the generator-produced ordering. This changes no routes or runtime behavior and preserves the clean-tree release guard.
Validation: Quick CI passed on the exact head. The file matches the output produced by the failed release build.
Implemented by Codex (GPT-5) in the Codex harness.
