Changed behaviour

• Grantha letters (ஜ, ஶ, ஷ, ஸ, ஹ, க்ஷ) are transliterated by default, including their vowel forms: getIso15919('ஜன்னல்') now gives jaṉṉal. { grantha: false } keeps the old behaviour. granthaScript now has the same shape as script: one row of 13 per consonant, numbered from 247. (💥 Transliterate Grantha letters, with their vowel forms, by default #1107)

  This changes default output, so it's breaking. It ships as 0.9.0, a minor release while the package is below 1.0.
