This plugin has been discontinued and is no longer maintained. The Bibi Epub Reader library, on which this plugin is entirely based, has been abandoned by its developers, so there is no longer any reason to keep the plugin going.
As an alternative, there is epubJsViewer, a plugin that uses the epub.js library and supports OJS, OPS and OMP 3.5.
