Missing inspection paths currently return only “Source is unavailable”, and multi-term counts hide the input literals. This release reports missing paths explicitly while preserving the status contract, adds numbered query labels with continuation-aware redaction, and bundles a discoverable Codex skill that checks the complete runtime tool registry before declaring the MCP unavailable.
Version: 1.0.3-1. Plugin manifests and generated runtime artifacts are rebuilt from source.
Validation: 80 relevant local tests passed; formatting, lint and types passed; real Node stdio acceptance passed; generated artifacts and npm publication dry run passed. Fresh-chat automatic skill selection remains unverified.
