Refresh standalone entry and fix workspace-scoped source startup

Visitors currently see a published-version claim without an installer asset and a source entry that can index the enclosing repository instead of an explicit project folder. This candidate provides an honest source-only entry, real isolated demo images, a short documentation navigation, and two standalone CLI fixes.

An explicit init <folder> now indexes that folder. Notes commands work with registered workspaces without a Planet; several workspaces require an explicit selector, whose value is removed from search text. Unknown, empty and repeated selectors fail before a read or write.

Validation on Windows with Node.js 24.15.0:

• Fresh candidate dependency installation with cached npm ci: exit 0.
• Source quickstart using an isolated home and three-file example: initialization, code query, notes search and documentation checks all exit 0.
• Eight focused CLI/documentation tests and TypeScript check: pass.
• Thirty-nine local Markdown links verified; GitHub-rendered Markdown inspected in light, dark and narrow layouts with the actual images.
• Every newly published complete Git blob scanned for credentials and private operations data; both product images manually checked using isolated demonstration data.

The screenshots show a local 0.7.0-rc.2 candidate, explicitly labelled. This branch stays on main's 0.5.0-dev.1 source package and does not import the local candidate's private history. Release 0.3.1 had zero binary assets on 4 October 2026. No installer, signature, independent review or main integration is claimed.

The source commands select this candidate branch so the tested fixes can be reviewed before integration. Existing PRs #2, #5 and #6 remain open; this PR does not close, supersede or merge them. Independent review remains required. Exact head 623f53ae8ff263bc1cd45e12fa37abb46db52da7 passes CI run 37233239067 on Windows, macOS and Ubuntu with Node 24. The temporary-folder fixture uses physical paths on every platform. All sixteen newly reachable candidate blobs were scanned without credential or private-operation matches.
