Dependabot ran weekly for GitHub Actions until 2026-10-04 and has not run since. Group all action updates to give one reviewable PR per week. Changing this file also restarts the paused version updates.

Editing
dependabot.ymlalso makes Dependabot run again, so the paused updates restart after merge.The schedule and commit prefix are unchanged.
Merging to main also runs the pages workflow, which redeploys the unchanged docs site.
