Add Jev Social to Social Networks search

Adds Jev Social to Social Networks → Search using the repository's enriched metadata schema.

Jev Social v0.1.8 is an MIT-licensed, read-only application for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn research. Jev selects from bounded operations built by the application; the local socai CLI executes the selected operation in the user's Chrome session; captured evidence streams into cards and cited reports.

The entry uses (T)(R), pricing: freemium, and opsec: active because:

• the application source is free, while the default OpenRouter decision provider may incur usage charges;
• users can instead configure an explicitly started loopback System One-compatible decision provider;
• platform-authenticated browser sessions may be required, and requests made through those sessions are observable;
• TikTok media is downloaded only when the research goal explicitly requests it.

Validation:

• jq empty public/arf.json
• npm ci --ignore-scripts
• git diff --check
• exactly one canonical Jev Social entry
• canonical repository and v0.1.8 release URLs return HTTP 200
