The aggregate XOR repository had an unusable clone example, SSH-only submodule URLs, and no repeatable validation command. This closeout makes Python the reproducible reference and documents C++ and C# as historical ports with explicit limitations.
Validation: a fresh recursive clone of this branch fetched all three submodules successfully. All three focused tests passed, including numerical gradients for all 12 weights, convergence for seeds 0–4, and portable paths/output preservation. The seed-0 demo classified 4/4 inputs. C++ and C# are unchanged and are not covered by these runtime checks.
Merge dependency: merge Python-Neural-Network #4 first. This draft currently pins its published head commit. If squash/rebase merging changes that commit, update the gitlink to the final merged revision and verify the clone before marking this PR ready. After review and merge, the aggregate repository can be archived as a completed learning exercise.
