LGTM. Verified the version bumps are applied consistently across the inline source and all five generated build scripts, the next-dev menu wiring is correct, and both updated doc links resolve. The LoopWorkspace next-dev branch exists and clones as expected.

The LoopWorkspace next-dev branch is ready for users to test. Add it as one of the options for building using the BuildLoop script.
At the same time, update a link that is out of date and increment the version numbers for building.
