EVALS.md§6 that the Discreet pilot switched from shadow to opt-in on 2026-10-16 (makoydev/discreet#13), with the shadow-period count: 18 pull requests, 50 runs, all on the mock model, US$0. The counts come from Discreet's Actions run list for the Vetted workflow. #13 itself ran in opt-in mode, unlabelled, so it was skipped and isn't counted.The note is honest about two things:

A pilot is only evidence if you write down when its rules changed: "it found nothing" means something different in shadow mode than in opt-in mode. So the switch date and the size of the shadow period are recorded next to the numbers they qualify.
