Neovim support

Does this package manager work with Neovim? If it does: great, you ought you put that in the README so that people know. If it doesn't: dang, you ought to put that in the README so that people know, and I'd love it if you added support for Neovim.

I am using pack for a couple of days both for vim and neovim. I did not have any problems so far. so, as long as neovim has same package based functionality as vanilla vim there should not be any problems.

Note: right now there is no way to execute :UpdateRemotePlugins in an automated fashion. Other than that it seems pretty stable.

Also, it would be good to be able to give conditionals (like has("nvim") etc.) while configuring the plugins with config command.

Any update on this? Indeed, pack is THE missing plugin manager for vim pack files. Would like to use it with neovim though.
