Every kind of poster section takes style= and colour= - #175

A section can be a bar (as before), a line, a card or plain. A stats strip can be a strip, tiles or plain; an abstract a box, a quote, an outline or plain; a summary a banner, a line or plain; references in columns or a list. colour= sets one CSS variable that every style paints with, so it works on all of them. A style a kind does not have is an error that lists its own. The release poster's figures are tiles, and the reliability report has a quoted abstract and an underlined summary.
